In case of BMO the " three ongoing projects" and management spending on themselfs are actually a liability .
to keep these projects live , Management spends MORE on salary and rewarding themselfs with stocks and bonus options than they actually spend doing on ground . Also look at the fiasco of Canada lithium projects which was full of lies and twists and turns ultimately turn out to be just a real-estate commision business where ultimately shareholders lost.
