I think the US elections overshadowed the speech from the RBA this week. Dropped as far as they can go, started QE (yes AUS is starting QE), will hold rates this low for at least 3 years and then letting inflation get to target before making adjustments. In short - similar tactic as US. In my opinion if AUS needs to do this then i can sleep tight knowing that if Biden wins the US will be doing this for a very long time and the price of gold will be climbing for a long time too.
