Merian are a fund manager in precious metals and would have no interest in managing a silver mine so a takeover is unlikely from them. DGO have a joint venture in which I believe they could eventually own around 85% of Penatty Lagoon so I doubt they would make a BID as they already will be entitled to the majority of the resource should they find one at Penatty Lagoon. People have been saying we are going to be taken over for years and, to this day, it is yet to happen. One day it could happen but don’t hold your breath. I would think that we would need at least 120 million ounces of silver in the ground before IVR would be seriously considered as a target or a full feasibility has been done and we are about to move into production. My opinion only.
