I wouldnt put out technical chart yet, lets see tomorrow if general market becomes more favorite. in the meantime, a few things if you notice:
1. 1PG had a rally from low $2.2 a few weeks ago, and hasnt droped since even their revenue project is not that promising.
2. ALA is going to announce another big HR acquisition, if goes well, RFN certainly will have sector effect.
3. newly listed SRO puts out similar fee structure as RFN, they even havent begun signing another yet, market gave them around $20mil cap fully dilute.

so all considered, I reckon RFN should worth around $50mil or 90c-$1 more or less.
