yes they can and will report if and when they see fit!
for us long term holders we are sitting on a Disallowed and have complete faith in the Mgt and their approach. this will take at least another 1-2 years and with $30m cash to do it with we have no doubt they'll get there just a question of when. if you need to be updated every week then this is not for you.
set and forget and you'll get a cheque in the mail when a take over at 75c or more comes around.
