Well, when you invest on SPECULATIVE stocks, you try to obtain entry when prices are low based on your assessment that the chances of good news outweigh those of bad news. Once the project is further or almost completely de-risked, there will be plenty of people jumping over each other trying to get in, and SP won't be in the low 20s.
When one wants to buy on NEWS ONLY, one would've gone to BHP, or Rio. Having said that, are they completely risk free? I doubt, as I know quite a number of people personally who have done their dough with them.
Do not mean to offend anyone, just wanted to point out the bottom line here with SGQ, which is we all know it is somewhat SPECULATIVE, and that's why it comes with potential HUGE rewards, when you get in early.
