New OZ records for finding oil at these depths as Ya posts.
So many targets in these leases says it all.
Big oil will sit up and take notice on the area now as Australia is a low risk country to deal in.
CVN/Q have the area locked up with 5 permits and one we own 100% in the area which by the way is way underexplored.
The interest will be palpable.
Tip of the iceberg stuff here and cant wait for the reports from observers.
These guys IMO will no doubt build this story up as it goes along.
As Ya says its a great result for the J/V and Australia of course.
The last huge find was a long time ago in Australia.
