The CR is funding the final stages of the Fairway project drilling.

Although oil price has dropped recent M&A activity has placed average value in the Permian basin at over $40k an acre, as recent as mid October. TEX is currently valued at around $8k an acre.

Why wouldn't you go again, if your business is not being valued by the market at what you can sell it for (obviously wait and see if and what it is sold for) then why not realise the value, return some capital to holders and still have a very significant chunk of capital to re invest.
