seen from azure Delphi are more than happy to back a TO for the right price. considering their entry was circa 10c and an offer of 60-70c they would almost certainly support the deal.
tembo is private equity as well. PE is ruthless and will act purely in self interest.
not sure if the royalty terms but it'll probably stand post TO as well so just money for jam ontop of a big take over premium.
