What PFS are you referring to? My understanding is that they will begin trial mining and start Phase 1 production (during which the PFS like assessment will be done), before they optimise and proceed into Phase 2 large scale mining. Phase 1 operations targeted for late 2024. I do not believe they will be releasing a formal PFS.
What additional permits? Alastair has said they are already fully permitted. They are already well connected into the local community / government (not sure if there are further community agreements to be had).
Development is due to start in ~6 months time and they have raised sufficient CR funds for Phase 1. Offtake and alternative financing options should become available soon so not sure about further CRs. It feels that LIN is more progressed than you give credit for.
