    Isn't it just a function of scale and the fact Chemx was already an existing business who wanted to buy some of AXE assets? ITM was completely spun out of AXE with existing shareholders (of AXE) getting a bigger percentage of the company relative to what the AXE shareholding is in Chemx.

    Why is this bothering you? I don't think it's a reflection of the value of the assets. AXE is now a tech company and didn't want to spend $/resources investing in advancing the materials projects.
