Strip ratio is an important key to profitability of low grade open pit. These recents results indicate near surface broad intersections thus very low strip ratios. In the past Chatree strip ratio had been less than 1:1 and mining cash costs in 2014 where $US17 tonne. If you can get $US40 a tonne revenue and do 5million tpa you are well and truly cooking with gas and paying chunky dividends
