I would think all in costs would be much less than $1350 an oz, given it looks to be an easy dig, and the mineralisation looks fairly consistant, albeit generally low grade.
Capital costs should be lower than normal, given the grid power and being only 10km from Kal (no camp, nor airstrip required, and transport to site is quick and easy).
Also the possibility of getting ore toll treated, if resource size doesn't justify them building a plant on site (maybe your $1350 / oz AISC assumes toll treatment??).
