Your points are valid WangChung, the capital cost should be lower than normal due to superb location. I would hope $20m should do it to develop the mine. And having own plant on site will definitely bring down the AISC vs. Toll Treatment - hopefully the revised estimate can be much more than 800k to justify a plant on site.
