In his presentations JW has mentioned there are mills in the area "looking for dirt".... I am inclined to think the development plan they have in mind is mainly trucks and people, so pretty cheap to get things started.
MRE of 800,000 ozs looks very achievable.... there is some chance it's a fair bit better ....
