Emerald Resources is a gold miner on the ASX (West Perth), with a very good project in Cambodia.

When they were 50 odd cents, they were months out from production. Their market cap was about $350m. No one was really interested.

They got it into production, hit milestones like an AISC of $US800/oz, producing 100,000oz + per annum.

Spartan won't punch out an AISC like them, but the ounces could be a fair bit more.

EMR's is now drilling the crap out of another project here in WA (Bullseye), but Spartan has other projects too.

EMR's market cap is $1.75b. Was over $2b a few weeks back.

I don't care what anyone says - Spartan is cheap under $1, particularly if more good news drops and the "Exploration Target" that SL says "I don't put targets out that I can't hit" actually comes true.

If people are selling, no issues. But don't come back whining that "I should have held onto my Spartan".
