I didn't bet the farm on it but I still lost $172,104 in the Woodlawn project. My investment was a no brainer then and even more now.
HRR was an incompetent bunch yet had a very good asset. I thought the asset was enough but I was wrong. No shame on it as long as I learned. Back good people.
