Previously MASS-SPECC's claimed 1.6 million members and now it's 3.4 million. That tells me many more co-ops are coming into their orbit and I reckon it's the Pinoy Co-op App that's doing it.
A new FB page, PinoyCoop Mobile, was created on Feb 14, so everything is being primed for the launch.
