There was certainly no reason for QIN to do that deal if insolvency was a given. May as well leave it to others to conduct the fire sale. However they are far far far from out of the woods and new business is a must. I have been mildly amused at posters like smob who is clearly taking the p;$$. and trying to get a reaction with the "we're going to be rich" stuff.
