Any funds of meaningful size (>$100mn) will have strict mandate to only buy in companies at a certain size, as they say, risks management. Some big funds can only buy in at certain stages (MRE, DFS, Production), or certain sectors. Some funds couldn't buy AZS at <$1 because back then we were still a Nickel company. So as the milestones are hit there will be more and more big buyers pilling in, until a certain point. Lithium is the talk of the town at the moment and everyone, every government wants to get it, but only retails are able to move in and out freely.
