Sorry i should have been more clear

AZS only owns 60% of the Andover project

So the valuation for the Andover project is higher than that which is displayed on HC

LTR SP has gone up a bit recently, but they're probably around the same valuation now. Note that LTR has $500m cash balance and set to begin production this year

The Andover project is looking to be far superior than LTR however, but they are quite a few years away from production, and will need significant funds / dilution to get there

All in all, in the current environment I think its a good deal for shareholders
