If this takeover offer was not in place, the AZS SP would be much lower, probably half or less than half of the current SP (for example, LTR went from $3+ to 88c, now ~$1. Lithium prices have gone down around 90%)

Right now, i believe AZS is valued more than LTR (who are scheduled to start production later this year / years ahead of AZS - but do face some financing obstacles, as would AZS - if they went alone) - and nobody would have guessed that the AZS valuation would surpass LTR

AZS shareholders are in a great position due to this takeover, take the win and enjoy it - say thanks to TR for steering the ship in the right direction and getting us the win.
