    this has a loong road ahead. people want to remain liquid, so they will sell if they sense a long road ahead. will wait for more details before topping up or buying in again. a question mark over MRE and the MRE being half baked, given delays, plus questions over project economics, which might be answered positively in the future. for now, people will sell. the opportunity cost of holding is too high.
