He/she has said on multiple occasions that they think it is probably not feasible to commission a plant to process the ore* - the economics don't stack up. It takes too much time and material to produce so little.
*(whereby AAR commission someone else who owns and operates a plant to process the ore).
If AAR are to build their own plant, the argument is that to make it feasible, you would need 10+ year mine life and total of 20Mt of dirt.
Not to say that it won't be possible to achieve this, but it gives you a sense of the scale required to make this economically feasible. Plenty of news flow. Too early to be drawing conclusions. For now, unfortunately, the market will sell this.
