AAR will have a low cost mine given the access to nearby infrastructure; cost per ounce is arguably a more relevant factor then grade, once a viable grade has been established, such as >1g/t for an open cut with a potential big resource as has been shown by the results so far: Mandilla East is at > 1 km and South >500 meters with growing connection between the 2 and continuation of the strike at depth. The drilling is revealing frequent visible gold and bonanza strikes. Some of those strikes are very big:
• 26m at 8.29g/t Au from 76m in MDRC215; and
• 13.4m at 7.02g/t Au from 180.4m in MDRCD228.
It may be a slow burn currently with the results but the sell downs represent buying bargains.
