    EV/Ounce of $85/oz is quite conservative imo

    AOP with a circa 800,000 oz resource, no reserves nor scoping study has takeover offers at $180m MC.at the moment

    The contingency over the court case shouldn't be a negative, even if the case was lost the consequence of this would be the vendor purchasing the 15% stake we gained in the last CR (at 27c mind you), considering the share price is now at 8c I doubt the vendor would even want this anymore
