    The 30% JV partner could have maintained their 30% share by stumping up 30% of the approx. $7.6m (Chile$4.3b).
    Instead they lost 15% of the JV that owns 95% of El Zorro.
    I have no idea what the court will decide, but if it gives them a second chance, maybe they would put up $2.5m to regain the 15%. Current market value of 85% is $45m, so 15% is worth about (15/85)*45 = $7.9m.
