    I have not included the latest SPP, but have included the previous placement.
    Formulas used in my spreadsheet are:
    EV = MktCap - (Cash + Investments (0) + Hedgebook (0) - Liabilities + Other Financial Assets).
    MktCap= Price * (Shares + Options) - Option Revenue (0)

    Tesoro has a lot of performance rights that are included as options.
    So I get MktCap= $56m and EV= $45m.
