Yes bubs, but first TSO needs more cash because they need do much more drilling & then you can have more shares in this to be "heavily diluted stock" Don't forget at Ternera , TSO has a low grade bulk volume deposit that may radiate out from the centre of where the three brothers fault line intersect.
