Many companies don't release announcements to the market with enough consistency so it leaves room for doubts to grow and thus a drift downwards due to sentiment, although this stock looks to have both a) good communication to the public through announcements, b) actually good results to announce.

Just throwing my ideas out to be flamed as I am a newbie and don't want to be following the wrong thought process for when i start trading.

This is not a trading stock, you will probably wind up losing your solid coin fairly quick. There are too few shares to trade. Why don't you pop on over to Pilbara or Paladin where you can trade till your hearts content.. plenty of shares plenty of liquidity.
