    Dilution is the only sad thing in this acquision.
    1MC's shares on issue doesn't seem to be a problem to management.
    Like SYA, shares on issue mean nothing.
    I would have been happier if 1MC took 100% of Fish Valley.

    But they seem to be in control and know a lot more than me, so let them get on with it.
