    +2 years makes it an easy decision to refurb I believe. I'm sure no one wants the project bumped back like that.
    I like that this takes any question out of getting to production as quick as possible, shortens any possible timeframes.

    Even if new equipment is needed in the future, extra years of production make it a pretty easy pill to swallow.
    I'll happily take 2 years of extra opex!
