I don't take too much notice of these reports. The only plus I take from it is that someone is interested enough in the stock to write a report.

This stock had never followed the steps in any analyst's handbook and most specs don't. How do they explain this reaching an intra day peak of 55c? On no news but purely anticipation of news?

Whether or not a stock price leads or lags evidence of potential revenue depends on many market factors, many of which are psychological. FOMO (fear of missing out) usually has a stock surging ahead in early days, while longer than anticipated timeframes will inevitably mean impatience causes the pendulum to swing the other way.

I see RAP as lagging big time. Once the momentum restarts this will roll strong and hard.

Just one decent Chinese contract will put that report out by a minimum factor of 10x.
