I guess a question in regard to salary packaging, is has the amount which can be salary packaged for staff in the NFP and Charities sector increased over the last 20 years or has the amount stayed the same? if the amount has not changed for decades then in the long run will packaging still be relevant or is it now a mature industry in decline??
