I'm still a supporter of a spin-off and i doubt ML wouldn't have announced this idea if other BoD members wouldn't support it.

The market don't and i fear he won't give our gold asset a fair value within one company. Look at Hartleys report, the gold is not worth a mention there.

My gut feeling ist telling me we need even for a 1 mtpa Li-operation something about 150 Am$. Some gold royalties won't avoid dilution. And i guess we have to secure this if we want to start Li-production right in time, before the bulk of the gold revenues are coming in.

The trading halt announcement is clearly giving a hint to the April 4th announcement. Therefore i doubt we'll see something on the Li-front in outstanding news.
