If you think about it, Directors Fraser & Gordon are fairly new appointees & have no real affinity with Firefinch, Hepburn is a financial person. I'm sure all 3 remaining Directors would be happy to take an easy "out" if there was a non firesale offer.

I'm sure AC & BB would have inputs from the side lines, even though they are no longer Directors they have substantial holdings.

AC has fallen on his sword, I'm quite sure he would have liked to see his "baby" flourish, no one likes failure, now he's not on the Board with control, I doubt he'd want to stay invested.
BB I think was always in it more for the lithium side, dare say it'd suit him down to the ground to free up that cash he has invested in FFX.

Maybe they are dressing Firefinch up for a sale
