    So your $12M is based on a multiplier of 12.... wrong, it's 6
    Knock the funding off and you are left with $0 for Maldon and $600,000 for Centenial ad up both, times 6, equals $3.6M by your logic however this is debatable as these are no P&L statements and Highlake will not be sold every 2 months....
