One should never underestimate the value of Gov contracts.
It often open many doors. There are many Aged Care facilities across Australia and around the world.
The Gov would have done their own due diligence on this. Otherwise, the Morrison Gov would have eggs on their faces (given we are in the Election cycle).
One need to look beyond the short term on this.
