There is no way in hell the labour party would reverse this deal. This is on, whoever is in power, and they would have way more things to think about in terms of the countries budget than $5m for an app in healthcare, which should save money and lead to huge efficiencies. Labour are meant to be the "caring party" so they put a gun to their heads, and pull the trigger, if they reversed this. I cannot see any political party wanting to overturn this. The court of public opinion would hound them out the country.

While it would make no sense to can the deal, these things can get lost in the chaos when governments change. With luck the company will be lobbying Labor to support this initiative too and turn it into a bipartisan policy.
