    re: Ann: Mosaic Oil Receives Proposal to Acqu... It looks like a low ball bid, on the other hand the highest MOS has reached in the past two years is 18 cents. I have no idea how this will play out but the market is not discounting the bid that much compared with other "non-binding indicative proposals"
