Thanks for your report. I'd registered but my old browser / OS was rejected and our phone line is required 9 to 5 by my daughter who is now working from home. From what you've reported, a fair bit of which was covered in both the MXT and MOT Quarterly Updates, their outlook for both trusts is still quite positive. Only a gut feeling, but just seems a bit too positive to assume almost 'business as usual', more so for MOT than MXT. though the trust price differential likely compensates for this. Or maybe over the decades I've just heard too many entities (eg, Estate Mortgage, numerous REITS and going back even further various vanilla finance companies), claim all is well then have big problems six months later.
Note: position "Not Held' is for MOT, I do hold MXT.
