@biache points well made great info, I think if Molten are having so much trouble coming up with a measly 10m Pax should be looking elsewhere for funding.
I have been unable to find any info on Molten except for their website, I think they are getting 50% of Pax's 50% far too cheaply as Pax has already done a lot of the groundwork
