Geothermal power from shallow holes does not suffer like this, as operating busily generating power elsewhere.
So IMHO major issue remains our need to see deep hole generation working, supplying power (KWh's even) from at least one deep hole.
Until this occurs, confidence remains absent, prices will remain low, regarded as highly speculative.
With CT legislation passed, we still need see at least one deep hole generating power in Australia.
Then regard shall shift from highly speculative, to mild speculation about ability to execute the engineering.
Which of our developers most likely to achieve this first ?
Is Birdsville still operating ?
