What is stopping anyone buying up now, other than a look at the SP at conversion time.

Looks like a good "bet" to me.....

Think...the clock was running concurrently on the time line of the AGM and the first $4 mill payment for Mothae.

Could not complete a Shareholder raising given prospectus / printing / subscription etc.

I am a realist, not a "punter hoping this will go up in a week".

It is what it is....
