Thanks for the link to the “marketing launch” of Motif Micro. After watching the video, I just confirms my views on this company. Here a few things that I took from the video.

* The video says YPB has spent approx. USD $7.5m developing motif micro and the time line started in 2018. What about this ASX release back in 2015: https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20151208/pdf/433mv5nx22fp7z.pdf It says YPB has purchased Motif Micro tech for AUD 6.94 million and “full commercialisation is expected within 12 months with only modest capital expenditure”. Yet here we are in 2021 and still in testing stage. I think this is misleading from YPB.

* If you want consumers to use Motif Micro, it has to always work. Can you imagine Nike or Adidas putting this in their sneakers and each retailer having to ask the consumer what sort of phone do you have? If you have the wrong phone, you cannot tell if it is real or fake or engage with the brand. For this tech to work, it has to work on all smart phones and John said he cannot promise that....a big problem for YPB.

* Paid trials: $20-50,000 for a paid 30-60 day trial.... I will believe that when I see the money in the bank. I think they need more funds to continue developing motif micro and this their guise of doing it.

* Question about shares on issue: John’s answer: I had to fund the company, no other option... WOW. if you have the best tech in the world, all the “big companies” tell YPB that they are no where developed as YPB is, BUT you cannot raise funds.... something is seriously wrong here.... it does not make sense. For example, Uber loses money every year (billions of dollars) but it has no issue raising funds because investors believe in the future of Uber. It sounds like investors do not believe in the future of YPB.

* Security of the app: That was a weak answer (IMO). I wonder if they have paid a ‘hacking expert” to test the security of the app. The amount of money YPB says it has in I.P.... I would have liked a stronger answer about how they will ensure the integrity of the app.

I agree with talkalot.... the fact that two “founders” of Motif Micro are no longer shareholders in YPB is worrying. Perhaps they sold out in frustration....

Sadly, the marketing release did not fill me with confidence that YPB has turned the corner.

IMO, we will continue to bounce around at the current share price and YPB will continue to be on the verge of extinction.
