Take their statement that their MotifMicro is the worlds only smartphone readable forensic anti-counterfeiting technology. Both Digimarc and AlpVision have been doing it for more than 10 years. YPB would know of Digimarc's Barcode and AlpVisions anti-counterfeiting solutions and to it is an outright lie to claim they are the only ones in the world. Closer to home, look at the Australian companies doing the same- Laava ID, Dotz Nano and Security Matters who have smartphone based anti-counterfeiting detection solutions.
