this morning I received from FightMND
" Hi Ben, Yes, there is hope that the drug called oral monepantel has advanced to clinical trail and testing in people living with MND, following on from promising outcomes in earlier pre clinical studies. The trial is currently ongoing, with initial results on safety and preliminary effect expected late 2023"
