Agreed with you boy1, this comes under reporting to management and has nothing to do with disclosure rules as to shareholders. For a company our size, to have a company secretary and a corporate manager, sometimes I wonder the work they do to keep themselves busy. Coming from a financial services background, you must be puzzled.
