Well its like this...in recent times smr ,pps and unv are all stocks which went below 5 cents or close despite each having repeated positive announcements...now smr is $1 ..pps has pulled back from $1 to 75 cents and unv is currently 33 cents.
Its just the market and sentiment. Its being made out that an mou is a bad thing...no they are actually excellent.
This one today with a solar co...great ann.
Just have to be patient
