I thought they were going to have cash flowing by now?   Rivers of gold- well green or oil or  powder at least??

Well I guess when a company is so IMO  high risk they have to enter IMO high cost financing conditional arrangements.  You offer convertibles which on the surface are not horrific but then the catch is that you bonus 45 million options!!!   Thing is it adds nothing to market pressure on the price for the average punter and no one other than the 2 parties know the hurdles involved and what of them will be announced if they are met or not.   Middle east is a odd market to do business in and there are whole groups of "introducers"who take a fee or a punt and lock up a technology or idea and then go market and onsell that idea.  It is all about finding a quality introducer and a non corrupted one as the market over there and state controls are a  nightmare.  I like when companies are actually dealing directly with a state department as there is usually a process once it get to that level.

I don't like mystery sophs without knowing track record ???

No idea if this investor is a bees knees with good contacts or just a swamp dweller??
Is it caymans isl registered shell? or .......Uk ???   USA based and registered or aussie reg but offering USD   who only knows??  Shell set up just for this deal or below??
